Rental of Sedan or Limousine is with full
acknowledgment and agreement of the
following terms and conditions:
Cancellation/Re-Booking Policy
FOR SEDANS: Luxury Transportation gives
you up to 4 hours (by phone) prior to the
scheduled pick up time or 12 hours (by
e-mail) to cancel or re-book the sedan
reservation without any charges.
Cancellations/re-booking requests that are
made less than 4 hours (by phone) prior to
the scheduled pick up time or 12 hours (by
e-mail) are subject to a $25
cancellation/re-booking fee. Luxury
Transportation will make every attempt to
accommodate re-booking requests without
detriment to other clients, but can not
always guarantee that a change will be made.
FOR LIMOUSINES: Luxury Transportation
gives you up to 48 hours (by phone) prior to
the scheduled pick up time or 48 hours (by
e-mail) to cancel or re-book the limousine
reservation without any charges.
Cancellations/re-booking requests that are
made less than the 48 hours (by phone) prior
to the scheduled pick up time or 48 hours
(by e-mail) are subject to a $250
cancellation/re-booking fee. Luxury
Transportation will make every attempt to
accommodate re-booking requests without
detriment to other clients, but can not
always guarantee that a change will be made.
ALL SEDANS AND LIMOUSINES: No-Show Policy
If you do not see your driver at a certain
pick-up point, do not leave the spot before
calling the dispatch/reservation # (888)
200-0000 toll free or (310) 645-2001 local.
We will communicate with the driver and
connect you together. Parties that leave
without contacting one of the numbers above
are subject to a $45 no show fee.
Wait Time Fees/ Stops/ Meet & Greet
15-Minute grace time is granted for all
pickups. Once the grace period has elapsed,
waiting time is charged at $10.00 per
additional 15-minute time period. "Meet &
Greet" (meet passenger with a name sign)
pick-ups at the Airport are available for an
additional $ 15.00; includes parking fee and
luggage cart. This service must be requested
at the time of booking. "Stops" made during
a one-way trip will be subject to an
additional $5.00 charge.
*Please Note: Luxury Transportation will
make every attempt to follow a client's
itinerary. Luxury Transportation is not
responsible for client flights that are
missed, cancelled, diverted or any other
incident, which results in failure to comply
with the above, stated policies, or charges
by airlines for re-booking. We will exact
our best efforts to fulfill client needs in
these instances subject to wait time fees or
late cancellation and re-bookings without
detriment to other reserved clients. In
cases of no-shows, wait times more than the
grace period, and late cancellation or
re-bookings, Luxury Transportation has the
right to release the car and driver from the
pickup site and the appropriate charged will
be levied accordingly. All prices and fees
are subject to change without notice. If a
booking includes more than 1 passenger with
different pick-up or drop-off locations
(including different airline flights) a
charge of $5.00 will be added in addition to
any other charges that may apply.
After Hours Fee General quotes and rates
are valid only between the hours of 5am to
10pm. Any services (pick-ups or drop offs)
conducted after 10pm or before 5am is
subject to an additional charge of $10.00
per trip.
Privacy Policy Luxury Transportation
respects your privacy, and keeps your
information completely confidential. We do
not and will not share your information with
anyone outside of our company and our member
companies and affiliates. In addition we do
not ask for any sensitive or financial
information beyond a credit card number;
which is submitted with your knowledge and
acceptance of the terms and conditions of
use. We want to assure you that your privacy
is a respected and an important issue
throughout our organization. For more

Limitations of Liability:
We are not responsible for:
1. Loss or damage to luggage, including
contents.
2. Carry-on items that may be damaged in
transit.
3. Cash, jewelry, computers, cell phones,
palm pilots, I-pods, MP3 players, and other
articles left behind in the vehicle.
In no event shall Luxury Transportation
or any of its affiliates, or any of their
officers, directors, employees, agents,
representatives, information providers or
licensors be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, punitive or other damages
(regardless of the form of action) arising
out of (i) use of the service by any person,
including but not limited to, any damage
caused by any reliance on, or any delays,
inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any
information and content accessed over the
service, (ii) any use or inability to use
the service for whatever reason, including
but not limited to communications failure or
any other failure with transmission or
delivery of any information accessed through
the service, or (iii) any goods or service
discussed, purchased or obtained, directly
or indirectly, through the service, in each
case even if advised of the possibility of
such damages.
Luxury Transportation will charge you (as
a client) or (as a passenger) the cost of
cleaning or repairing vehicle damages by you
or your authorized party. Client and/or
renter are responsible for his/her guests,
for any damage to the interior and
equipments of the vehicle. This is including
but not limited to: chewing gum, wine and
alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of
champagne, wine and drink glasses, breakage
of decanters, breakage of lights,
television, DVD player, radio, CD player,
burned or ripped seats, missing items. You
also agree to pay for damages resulting to
any body damages caused by passengers to the
outside of the vehicle during the authorized
accommodation. You agree and acknowledge to
pay all the related fees and charges to get
the vehicle back to its normal working
condition. Additionally, all passengers
agree to behave in an orderly and
well-behaved manner. Luxury Transportation
forbids any sexual activity on behalf of
passengers and the use of pornographic
material in the vehicle. Luxury
Transportation reserves the right to expel
any person from the vehicle and/or terminate
client contract in the event of a violation
of any of these conditions by any passenger.
In the event of such early termination, no
portion of the rental fees shall be
refunded.
No possession, sale or consumption of any
type of narcotics or illegal drugs is
permitted. Violations will result in
immediate termination of contract and
services and forfeiture of all paid deposits
and fees for service. Furthermore, Luxury
Transportation forbids alcohol consumption
within the vehicle by person(s) under the
age of 21 years, as mandated by the law.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the
vehicles.
We will be adding more rates in the future.

Luxury Transportation via email or phone.
Once you have obtained your confirmation
from us then your price and travel date are
confirmed and guaranteed. 20% gratuity will
be added to all bookings. All prices subject
to change with out notice.
